Our proprietary continuous-line machine produces up to 14,000 sq ft of insulated metal panel per day. That capacity lets us manufacture near the time of construction – so we absorb design changes, mid-project additions, and future expansions without the lead-time headaches that come from ordering panels from a separate supplier.
We fabricate both ends of the spectrum. Smaller panels for spaces at a premium or requiring intricate, detailed customization – boutique retail, specialized storage. Larger panels for warehouses, industrial facilities, and expansive rooms that demand scale and structural durability while holding insulation performance.
With a full-time carpentry, sheet metal, and welding shop, AIP manufactures custom swing and slider doors to spec. Over 35 years we’ve offered every type of refrigerated door on the market.
We don’t manufacture glass display doors – we build panel systems engineered to integrate with them. Our panels are fabricated to Anthony 101 Series frame dimensions so the display door run drops into the wall system cleanly, with the vapor barrier and thermal envelope intact. In this industry, panel manufacturing and installation are usually handled by two different companies. That handoff is where quality, schedule, and cost problems get introduced – the manufacturer doesn’t answer for the install, and the installer didn’t control the panel.
AIP is the only company in the industry that completes the design, manufactures continuous-line panels to custom spec, and installs them. When we control the panel, we control the outcome.
